The i3c group address support is rather very incomplete here. Remove references to it. This could all easily come back when/if group support comes in.

It maybe necessary to add a migration entry, as I am concerned that a small number of users may still rely on group_addr. WDYT?

No... nobody can be relying on it because it was not even implemented for use. It was just implemented as an unused byte in a structure.
